What to do at Christmas in Rome? A beautiful original Christmas gift!
You will be enchanted by the wonders of some of the greatest illusionists in the world.
After last year’s sold out, the unmissable appointment with Magic, “ABRACADABRA The Night of Miracles” returns to Rome this Christmas.
The true Magic of Christmas in a great event that embraces solidarity, the proceeds will in fact be donated to Uniphelan , an association that supports families and children affected by the Phelan Mc Dermid syndrome and Antas Onlus, which with over 200 volunteers for 14 years he has been working in the major hospitals in the capital, supporting and helping those who suffer through Clown Therapy.
We will see on stage for the first time in Italy, Benny Hiu Yeung Li from Hong Kong, with an original number that uses innovative manipulation techniques. Winner of the Asian Golden Magic Wizard he had the honor of performing at the Magic Castle in Hollywood.
From Spain an exceptional comic magician, Jaime Figueroa , will amaze us with an incredibly hilarious magical performance that took him around the world, an exuberant and poetic artist, winner of the Mandrake d’Or 2016 and numerous other awards.
The Italian Champion of Magic Mirco Menegatti , certainly the best number of Magic with doves in Italy. The relationship, the dedication and the love that he has towards his turtledoves is perceived in his every movement on the scene.
Luca Lombardo a multifaceted artist, one of the few Italian transformers who can change clothes in just 2 seconds! His art is a mix of transformism, clowning, visual comedy and moments of clear poetry.
Alberto Giorgi and Laura winners of the very prestigious “Golden Oracle” award, one of the most important awards in the world of magic. Their characters seem to come out of a Tim Burton movie and their unique style has led them to perform
for “The Illusionist,” the world’s largest illusionist production, a blockbuster on Broadway.
The artistic contamination this year is entrusted to the Japanese soprano Yasko Fuji, known throughout the world of opera and known in Italy as a regular guest of the Mediaset program “Avanti unaltra” conducted by Bonolis. Yasko will be the soundtrack of Abracadabra 2019.
Gigi Speciale, one of the major reference points in children’s magic, blends magical art with the uniqueness of his enchanting parrots; this year he will present an unpublished issue dedicated to the most famous Mickey Mouse ever.
And finally, the conduct of the evening will be entrusted to Disguido , European champions of Comedy Magic, a duo of unique, exuberant and eccentric fantasists, performing all over the world with their explosive and overwhelming mix of Cinema and Magic.
It is the Disguido and Gigi Speciale together with Valter Leonardi of the Court of Miracles of Livorno who have given life to this show which has now become a fixed appointment in Rome.
The intent is to bring the fascinating art of Illusionism back to the Theater, just as it once was and to fascinate adults and children by satisfying that desire for mystery and the impossible that makes life magical.
Precisely for this Abracadabra was born with the aim of helping those who struggle to find magic in everyday life.
This year with seven replicas the Magic will be even greater, it will be the real Magic of Christmas!
